New version available, just some minor fixes.

- Me 262 A-2a fighter/bomber now has jet sound (DOS)
thanks to Pepa Drobny for providing the custom A_049_9.SHP
- German-made planes names changed from (example) Ju 87 D-1 to correct Ju 87D-1
- updated unit_list.txt and credits.txt

Budapest scenario has both sides set to offensive. Historically the Soviet plan was to dig in and stall the Germans long enough to mount a counterattack and push them back, which is what actually happened. That's different than having both sides charge in at each other like PG has them doing.
