What I like about the idea of adding a liberator leader to the recon unit is it evens out the playing experience across replays. I'm considering adding a liberator leader to the starting recon unit. That would certainly fix any issues with not enough prestige. Would that be too much?

A lot of effort was put into balancing the prestige available, and the caps, in this campaign. I suspect it is very sensitive to changes in prestige levels. There is one note I'd like to make. Ivjtn suggested that prestige be increased by 20%. This campaign was designed and play tested at 100/100, and that is in the readme.
