Re: MAPS: Post information about new maps here please

No, they don't affect the movement in one-hex cities (not that I had noticed, at least). But I still use them, because it's easier and faster when I'm making the .mapx file. I select one road grid with the shape of a *, and then copy/paste it in all the "town" hexes. It works very well in all kind o...

There is some fighting all over the map (the Russians attack all the VHs) and it's important to decide where to go once an area is finally clean. Spotting the enemy's artilleri...

Re: Urica's CC76 at 80%. Done!

I remember that this was one of the first campaigns that I played when I discovered the old Latin Generals web, more than 10 years ago. At that time, I found it quite challenging. Obviously, I have improved my playing style over the yars, because this time I found it very, very easy. Most enemy unit...

Re: Campaign Designing Features

My personal opinions: 1. Some campaigns work very well with a core made with units that have less than 6 str. The old LG's "DAK", or "Heia Safari", for example. But I think that feature should be exceptional. There should be a very good reason for designing the campaign (or the scenario) in that way...
