Made a few more fixes from bugs I noticed.

I also changed the flags for Germany to remove the swastika and replaced it with BalkanKreuz. I then changed the flags for British Union of Fascists as well, because they had a swastika too... :|

Agg Man leader is best used on a true monster thank like Maus.

I remember using such a leader on a KV-2 on a CC with USSR (don't remember which one, maybe Black Sea Campaign?)...

Arras was rainy... Way too much rain. Several turns of overcast which meant my planes saw some action. Even so, the battle was very bloody. English tanks managed to reach my positions without any hinderance from Stukas. At the end a BV in the last turn, no proto and almost all pp spent on retrofits....

One note on radar. It would be best if radar would spot (undefined like in PeG), but not all units. Just planes and ships (without subs).
Maybe an ability that can be used for spottable by radar or not.
