Not much strategy, just push forward and keep your artilleries nearby.

Unit choices
I thought about buying a rcn car and an artillery (what i usually do in this scenario), but had trouble deciding on arty, so i picked a bomber instead.
The thing about arty in this efile is: it has more range, but less ammo and firepower.
The Tac.Bombers were bought from Italy (support nation 2).
The SM offers (besides its fluffy abbreviation :P) lots of speed and attack. Only ammo is a bit small.
The Ro is cheap and has 4 ammo plus lots of speed, ideal for a rcn aircraft.

Cheating
I had achieved BV-1, however after seeing there is no proto :irate i went back and played the last turn for prestige :disgust

Do i want to know how the bridging inf grabbed so much XP :eek

After seeing how big the scenario is (and respectively how far away the VHs are) i sold a rcn plane in favour of more ground units.

With a deploy zone and SH in the west and a SH in the north i divided the core into 2 more or less equal groups, with the tank in the north (there are some aux tanks in the west).

Western core+auxes headed for the southwestern VH.
Northwestern auxes from Tuchola (11,8) had trucks, thus i sent them on the central road over Chelmno (28,18) to the southeast.
Northern core went for the eastern VH.
Also, i sent 1 of the non-motorized aux infantry to each of the starting VHs, just in case.

After reaching their goals, fast units from the southwest and east moved out to catch up with the auxes to the southeast - which were almost completely wiped out. Thus i had too few units to grab both of the airfields on the far away edges, but i still got 1 of them.

Those bridging inf again, who would have thought a unit with this low stats would be an XP hunter :eek

And again no proto :-x

In the previous scenario i saw that you receive prestige in the first turn, so i planned around that :angel

Again divided the core in 2 groups. The south had 2 rcn cars, the north the Pz IV.
Airforce also started in the north (well, not exactly "started", but liberating the airfield is surprisingly fast).

Auxiliary units in the northwest are helpful around Kuhmo. Then, to avoid traffic jams and since they lost strength, i only took the arty with me.
The auxes in the center went through the forest in southeastern direction, to either attack Nurmijarvi from behind or head northeast.
Aux inf in the south was suboptimal - it eats ammo of enemy arty yes, but until core units are at least remotely near, they can't do anything. The cavalry was more interesting, in flanking the enemy in the far south.

I was expecting much worse weather, but it was overcast->snow->overcast in the first 3 turns, allowing bombers to attack and resupply. Only then it was snowing for several turns.
I kept bombers in the north, while fighters were hovering around the map center - hoping to find something to do.

In the middle to late turns i was already :banana that i could shoot down at least 1 fighter, but then there was again 2 turns of snow - and i had overlooked the airfield in the east-central area. In turn 10 i was then surprised that the enemy I-153 was back to 10.
Since XP is easier gained in air-to-air combat, i kamikaze-ed the fighters.
After that i realized that ihad screwed turn 10 and started to :panic that i would lose some of the many damaged core units, but all went good :phew
With aux+core arty, the bombers and a last punch from the :devil Bridging inf, Repola (30,13) could be liberated and the BV achieved 1 turn early.

4) Narvik ~~ last turn BV

During deployment i saw that the Naval Transports have different speeds, with heavier equipment traveling only 3 :stress hexes. Thus, i calculated what could get where in time and formed groups. Originally i thought about letting units sail a little, but with this kind of troop splitting i rushed all units ashore as fast as possible. After all, the scenario is 14 turns long, so why make haste :)

I didn't deploy:
both tanks

(airforce cannot start, but there is an airfield to capture later)

For the north i assembled a smaller commando group, consisting of a rcn car, an inf regular, the leadered pak, a leFH and the bridging inf.
The rcn car sailed an extra turn (ultimately landing north of Tangvik at (2,16)), since it couldn't find a landing spot at first.
The bridging inf took on Huggevik (13,16) and then tried to catch up with the other units.
This commando group took Bjerkvik in the far north and then circled around the bay, back down to Sagnes.

For the south i picked the leadered inf regular, remaining inf regular, "marines", other pak, remaining 2 arty and a rcn car.
They had a long march ahead to Narvik proper - and needed to refuel underway.

The naval battle was rather scary, than actually dangerous.
Still, some paint among artillery was lost during the landing operation.

The airfield could be captured in turn 12, and it was 2 turns sunny 1 turn overcast till scenario end :banana

I had a few troubles deciding what to buy, but since usually you cannot do anything wrong with more arty, and since the goals are a) far away and b) towns, i added another arty and inf.
Other units on my wishlist are 2-3 bombers and 3-4 fighters, past that no idea yet.

Deployment...i thought for a moment to set up a group around the airfield (the bridging inf could help more units to cross the Chiers river), because there is a road from Mouzon leading onto the Meuse river, making it easy to cross from "our" side.
But spreading your troops thin is rarely a good idea, so i focused on flattening Sedan and then let my larger group move out from there.

The northern group consisted of Pz IV, 2x 2-bar inf regular, a PSW 231, 2x experienced arty and the non-leadered AT gun.
After crossing the Meuse, they went for the north-western VHs.

Rest of units were deployed around Sedan, the aux rcn car joined this group (to grab flags in the center).
With the expected enemy reinforcements from the south, i didn't bother with the single flag down there, and instead went straight for the VH in the far southwest.
The Pz 38 and bridging inf were too slow to keep up with the other units, so they remaind in the area south of Sedan and grabbed flags.

In AI turn 6, an enemy rcn car recaptured Stonne (31,22), 2 turns south of Sedan.
Since i expected to need 3-4 more turns for victory, i bought an EsEs inf (best combination of defense and offense, considering Sedan is a town hex) and send it to Sedan for entrenchment.
My expectations were not met: Rethel (4,26) was "defended" by 2 weak FlaMGs, resulting in an early victory :phew :)
