Hi, fast question.

Is there a reason, why proto frame is limited in range between 1 and 12 months?
It seems there is enough space in data structure (a byte) for longer frames.

To be honest, i could really use longer frames for modern campaigns. For modern part of efile, twelve months is very short time. Introduction of new equipment takes at-least few years between prototype and introduction into service.
Worse, new equipment isn't available every year, so there are many gaps in prototype availability.

The only reason is historical, but the current code will have to be modified because it is not able to calculate anything more than a year later than the initial date
