Hi,
I am stuck at the LAH campaign Klidi pass mission. How the heck can I pass it? I tried multiple times but I just win.

Re: LAH Campaign
I don't understand your question: if you just win, where's your problem?
What version of the campaign are you playing? With the efile CC34 or with the efile basekorp?
Edit: how high is your prestige setting? Do you play with or without rules regarding the purchase of units?

Re: LAH Campaign
Hi,
sorry, I am rather new to that wonderful game. I am not winning that particular mission, that is my problem. I just can´t clear the obstacles fast enough. I there a way to clear the anti-tank mines OTHER than having to attack them?

Re: LAH Campaign
Hi Schnulzke and to the forums
The problem is: there are alot of efiles (think of them as mods) and campaigns, and this campaign has different versions - that's why the info "which efile are you playing" was asked.
I assume you are playing with Basekorps.
You have 2 deplyoment zones. The eastern has a Supply Hex (SH - the flag with green borders. Actually: with green and yellow borders, since it is also a Victory Hex, VH). Deploy some units there, destroy the single minefield at hex position (13,22) (*). With this, and the 2 nearby infantry units, destroyed, you have enough room to travel over the road.
The reasoning: as you noticed, ground/land units have a Zone of Control, which makes it difficult to pass by these units - however, they only emit it on adjacent hexes. Thus with punching a hole by destroying these 3 units, you will have a 3 hex wide gap in the enemies defense line, with the middle hex being crossable.
(*) move these units out of the way, then deploy more units and continue clearing the way. Once the gap is open, start moving out and deploy all remaining units here - this way you can bypass the mines in the southwest and concentrate on the VHs. I don't know which of the roads is then faster to tget to the northeast, but i would suggest to focus on 1 of them, instead of both.
As a general advice: there are many scenarios where you cannot kill all enemies, so that finding a path to the VHs is more important than killing as many enemies as possible.
As a (probably easier) entry to Open General, i recommend playing campaigns with a Prestige Setting of 200-300% (i myself generally try new campaigns at 300% ) and then slowly reduce it, until you get to 100%.
I hope this helps.
