Now this is a composite submarine (submarine in a naval transport), but there is no way to give that naval transport the perk either, since it only sticks to the main unit, and you can't allocate it preemptively and definitely in the E-File but only in the scenario.
I know I have already asked that same thing in the old forum, the submarine is already in my old E-File, but since the old forum is gone I can't check what the answer has been. So, what are my options?
