The battle was fine as the starting scenario of the campaign should be: not so hard :)

The aux infantry sacrifice themselves, defending the roads and luring commies into the woods, while engineers blown up the roads and bridges. The arrival of the reinforcements was obvious, the questions were: when? where? how? The answers were: 4th game turn, near the supply hex and I could buy most of them.

I bought the best tank (for overruns) and best arty (to make overruns possible). The rest of the prestige was spent on the lousy arty.

And then fought around the central airfield. Overran everything and went north for the extra prestige.

BTW: the commies in the west stopped and freezed while they crossed the river. A bug?

Proto: lousy arty, I would have sold it, but it would not be fair.

With 80% you are on the safe side and the challenge is low. I believe that a lower prestige level suits you better. But first have fun!

KUM RIVER LINE

I purchased another SP arty and added some useless attachments to my HQ unit.

I deployed my guns, barraged AI units, overran them with tank, and took very easy BV. Why it is "hold number of VHs" scenario?

Mig-15bis over Pusan Salient is exactly the same mistake, as Me-262 over El Alamain :|

PUSAN PERIMETER

I replayed the starting game turn - I figured out, that the core ground units are too far from the battle, and would be useless. So I sold one of SP gun and bought 2xTB and fighter...

(I don't like the efile. It is sloppy and it is not logical. For instance, towed guns has less ammo than SP guns. The old TBF Avengers can attack with rockets, while the newest A-1 Skyriders - can't.)

This airpower allowed me to mop up AI's units at the SW of the map, to destroy the deadly T-34/85 (yep, I spotted him during the abandoned try :-o ), and to take SW VH in 3rd game turn. Only my tank was fast enough to get to the battle, and he did few overruns.

The whole scenario is s a mistake. It's auxiliary super-heavy - I didn't eve bother to command the. It's no use.

INCH'ON LANDING

I replaced one of my bombers with 4-range AD (which was embarked at the island during the very first turn), and M20 recon cars. Then bought recon bomber.

1st game turn: I got closer to the shore, AI's Mig-15bis attacked and got the fire from my AD.
2nd game turn: I landed on the beaches. My tank did many overruns.
3rd game turn: I took the airfield, deployed air forces.
4th game turn: I moved forward...

My >>4.2" M30 Mortar<< spend the whole battle shooting at the obstacles. He didin't score any hit :irate

My towed artillery was ambushed and lost 2 sp (I could avoid it, If I played more cautiously) and my fighter lost 1 sp. Both units will be sold, as the new stuff came with one bar of experience...

(The new units should have 99 exp - to increase the chances of getting leaders. The units, that were available in the previous scenario, should have increased exp (e.g. 49), to suggest, that the experience of the units will rise soon. The core management will be easier.)

And I got SPAD proto. Probably useless.

ADVANCE TO PYONGYANG

Well, easy and fun scenario. The previous one brought a lot of prestige. Now is the time for exp and leaders.

I sold off most of the units, and bought 5x cheap fighters and recon bomber. And used only them: they were enough, to clear the road to Pjongjang.

At the end I got 2 fighter leaders and one artillery leader. (In fact it is a nuisance, the mortar is a crap, and now - with leader - I will have to keep it and upgrade.)

BATTLE OF THE CHONGCHON

I sold off most of the fighters, and left only those with leaders.

Bought another 2 tanks, so I could field 3x combat teams of Pershing and SP arty,

Interesting battle. Auxiliaries gave withdraw from their VH in the East. Meanwhile my core secured both VHs in the West, and then came with aid to the auxiliaries in the centre. Rolled them, and went East, relieving aux, and finishing the battle.

It's december, and I think, I would by Sabre fighter :)

So we went back in time to November and Sabre is no longer availabl :(
This is limited deployment sceanio, so I bought few bombers. Dealt with Chinese task froces one by one" the southern, the northern, the north-western.
Easiest scenario so far.

CHINESE SPRING OFFENSIVE

@ HQ I overstrenghted some of my units (2xtanks, fighter) and added Fast Speed attribute for those tanks.

IT was scenario about IA' attack, but I thought, I was supposed to attack, and I attacked :eek

I deployed almost all my units in the middle, crossed the river, and overrun Chinese units there. Then overran Chineses units in the NW, and in the SE. It took me 5 game turns. M41 Walker Bulldog scored 39 kills

SPRING OFFENSIVE 2ND STAGE Proto: M44 SPH 155mm

It took me 2 game turns, to achieve BV :)

I got M44 SPH 155mm - arty proto, which is worse than M41. This is slao a proof, that e-file is sloppy: some of the weapons (e.g. M41) are reworked, and some (e.g. M44) - not.

Why are you creating such a fuss? So far, every player has play the ridiculously small number of scenarios by the successful end of the campaign. Why should there be an exception for you?
The rule for scenario 12 is clear:
bv -> win
v -> win
tv -> win
loss -> loss -> back to the start :deal

yep, sorry, this is a campaign where ALL scenarios should be completed by a sort of win, regarding to the low number of scenarios, i'm adding it to the announcement post too
