This is a copy of my thread from JP's. I will copy my own posts only, so sometimes the responding text from other posters will be missing.

We start the campaign with two torpedo boats, two cruisers and four ground units in naval transports in the warm waters off Almeria. There are two VHs and some coastal guns and (weak) Spanish Republican units ahead of us. It is a very short scenario with a 4 turn limit for a BV. So i ignored the shells the coastal guns threw at my naval transports and sailed to both sides of the pier to disembark my landing party. At the end of the second turn i knew already that i would not need all 4 infantry units at Almeria and send one of them across the bay to capture a minor flag. Lucky me! I shelled the defending republican infantry with 3 ships and my marines took the hex. I got a shiny new torpedo bomber proto. I didn't knew there were any trigger hex and that was a nice surprise.
Meanwhile in Almeria i took both VHs without problems and BV at the end of turn 3 would have been possible but i had to wait for the unit to take the minor flag (and proto hex), so i made a last turn BV.

Current scenario: Westerplatte

I got a Ju 87 bomber as proto. At HQ i felt a little bit lost because i had no idea which units i should buy and what units i would need in the upcomming battles. The artillery and others have only one transport option - a very expensive halftruck. I decided aganst it and upgraded my 3 infantry units and bought 2 additional ones as well as 2 MGs. I also purchased 3 attachments.

I deployed the torpedo boats, the light cruiser and one marines unit at the open sea and the rest of the units in the south east at the neck of the Westerplatte peninsula.
Deployment hex were limited and i was not able to deploy my new MG units untill i captured the SH/VH in the west.

While my ships gave naval support fire, my infantry men were advancing. At the neck of the Westerplatte were 2 stacks of bunkers and infantry. At first i inflicted little damage on them but when they had worn out a little bit they fell quickly. Meanwhile i took the SH/VH in the far west with a marines unit while my 3 little ships gave support fire. The light cruiser then moved to the northern shore of Westerplatte to provide more naval fire support. With the SH in my hands, i was able to deploy my 2 MG units. They had no real impact and were only able to fire few rounds.
So after the most eastern and western VHs were in my hands, i move all units to the center and played until the last turn in order to maximize exp and kills. I was lucky again when my HQ unit took the northern (central) VH which contained a exp trigger. It got +97 exp by the trigger and gained its first bar :yes I swear i did not check for triggers before!

Ok thanks, i'll keep your advice in mind. I am already at Narvik and just lost the scenario when the AI recaptured a minor flag hex. You should add a VH under german control which the AI can not reach. If there is no VH, the AI will always win when it captures a random flagged hex. I will edit the automatic savegame and add a VH, so i can go on with the scenario.

Anway, here is: Current scenario: Hel

At HQ i sold one of the MGs and bought a artillery plus the expensive transport. The HQ infantry got 2 attachments.

After reading the intro text i thought i would need all my units at the Hel peninsula, but that turned out to be untrue. There were just 2 enemy infantry units (The AD, bunker and 4 naval guns were no threat to my infantry), so i landed 3 of my marines and sent the rest of my core across the bay to the mainland where the aux units had already captured 2 VHs and the airport plus some minor flags.

Of course i wanted to train my core and stopped the auxiliary units. There were two enemy stacks again, defending the two VHs which were next to each other. One stack consisted of 2 and one of 3 units. My cruisers destroyed both stacked ADs and my bombers weakened the other units. Then my landing party finished the job, took all the VHs and i made a BV.

On Hel i got a amphibious Panzer II by trigger.

Current scenario: Narvik 1

At HQ i upgraded my torpedo boats into destroyers. First i wanted to save the rest of the prestige for later, but after few turns i purchased a fighter.

It's kind of a "classic" Narvik scenario. The core plus some auxiliary forces start at the western map edge and have to sail deeper into Ofotfjord in order to capture Narvik and some additional objectives. Of course there were two old norwegian coastal defence ships. They were no match for my modern navy ;)

I disembarked my Panzer II on the northern shore and send it out to capture some flags (because it is my fastest unit). It met only a single enemy cavalry but inflicted no damage on it. The cavalry was later killed by my heavy cruiser when it approached my northern VH in an attempt to recapture it.
I also disembarked a infantry to take the northern shore VH. While it captured the VH it got a leaader by trigger. Then it got embarked again at the next port and i sent it to the most far away VH at the end of the fjord.

Meanwhile most of my units had made landfall around Narvik. After a short fight the town was mine and i prepared for the "cassic" counterattack from the mountains east of Narvik. There was indeed such a AI counterattack and the enemy even spawned a recon car next to one of my units.
Then it happened, what i had described before, the enemy recaptured a flagged hex and immediately won the scenario. Maybe back in the days (when the original campaign was made) a scenario design like this was possible (i don't know :huh? ) but now the AI will win immediately when there is no victory condition defined for the AI. All VHs in this scenario are only objectives for the human player. So the AI wins when it (re)takes a random flagged hex.
To avoid this a additional VH can be set. There can be even a hidden unflagged VH owned by the human player in a lake or somewhere. Just to prevent the AI from winning like this.
Puma added a VH owned by the human player at a city at the western map edge in his Narvik scenario for the Blitz 2008 campaign. That works well :yes

Anyway, by now my cruisers had sent all bristish destroyers, which entered the fjord, to the bottom of the sea while my ground forces took the far away VHs and i made my usual last turn BV.

Current scenario: Holland

AT HQ i sold an attachment and now had enough prestige to buy the Graf Zeppelin Class carrier vessel.

I really liked this scenario! It was great fun :banana
There are little fights everywhere on the map. Auxiliary paratroopers had already been dropped at some of the main objectives while others are still in the sky, comming in from the east. Our core starts at the open sea, comming from the west.
Most of my core made landfall north of Den Haag, few units did so south of the city. I then sent my core units to the nearby objectives while the aux forces continued the fighting. There were several small scale enemy attacks.
The enemy counterattack in the far south was the most serious one because i had left only a weak aux infantry behind to guard the VH. Luckily it stand its ground untill my airforce arrived and killed all the attackers. My air force did a nice job in this scenario. And finaly i got some leaders without the help of an tigger. There was a leader trigger though, but i wasted it because i didn't know it was there and took the VH/trigger wis my only leader infantry :lol
This fine scenario ended after 10 turns, one turn before the BV limit would have expired. The job was done, i even had the time to sent my tank to the far away airfield to collect the prestige.

But now we get serious reports from the norwegian front! The high command is calling for our force to embark immediately and steam full speed ahead to Norway! Our base in Narvik is in great danger... to be continued... :D

Current scenario: Narvik 2

Back at Narvik i got a nice carrier-based fighter proto, tweaked some attachments and purchased a expensive battleship for more than 2000 pp. Of course i am above the cap now...

Our core starts again in the south-western part of the map while two little garrisons of auxiliary troops try to defend their VHs. The northern VH was lost soon, but in the east the aux forces did a pretty good job and were able to hold the VH and even move out later.
The first part of the battle was pretty hard because the AI had a lot of ships. I strongly doubt i would have won the scenario without my new battleship. The AI had like 10 ships or so.
The second part if the scenario was much easier. When i had sank all enemy ships, i disembarked my units near the various VHs and took them without problems. It's really the naval battle which makes this scenario challenging at the beginning.
I made BV 3 turns before the limit. (Or 2 turns? Don't know how to properly count this :lol ) The remnants of the allied forces were out of reach of my ground forces so i lacked the desire to play until the last turn.

Current scenario: Crete

From the cold fjord at Narvik we were transfered to the warm waters off Crete. The allies still control the Strait of Gibraltar, so our ships did not make it.
At HQ i purchased some attachments only.

We start with a SH surrounded with ports. So it is impossible to deploy ships. (I did not test if it is possible to build a port and deploy ships then...)
While half of my core took the short route to the south, the other half was sent to the far east. One unit took the VH in the center.
I really thought i would not make it in time. The turn limit seemed to be tight for such a distance. Some of my units spent half of the scenario in naval transports.

At the beginning of the scenario there were some allied attacks, but i could stop them without problems. The Maleme airport in the west was attacked by the largest enemy force.
In the center i had disembakred a single unit which was able to capture and hold the VH with the help of my air force.
In the east the resistance was not that big. While the italian auxiliary fleet was shelling the city, i heavily damaged the enemy AD, which was guarding the eastern airport, with a dive bomber attack and destroyed it in the next turn. Meanwhile i had several units disembarked and they swarmed out in order to capture the 3 VHs.

At the end of the scenario i had a lot of aux mountain infantry still in air transports. I didn't had the desire to disembark them. In the west i would not need them and in the east i had captured the airport in the later stages of the fight only. I would not need the Gebirgsjäger there too. I did not build an airfield just to be able to disembark the aux forces. I have no builder unit anyway.

Current scenario: Saaremaa

Bought a bomber at HQ. Later i got a amphibious recon car proto by trigger.

Well, there were a lot of movements all over the map. First i had my core deployed in three groups. One in the northeast, one in the southeast and one small group in the northwest. There were several groups of aux forces too. One more auxiliary battlegroup appeared in the southern center. They captured the nearby VH and helped to capture the airport..

All other groups approached the big island in the center of the map. A single marines unit seized the small northern island.
After some turns, when i had already captured several VHs, there were enemy reinforcements comming from the center of the big island and attacking me from various directions. But they were an easy prey for my planes and my ground forces had no problems dealing with the damaged enemies. There was only one enemy stronghold in the east of the big island, which took me some time before i was able to destroy all bunkers. It was the last VH i captured and it contained a leader trigger. Unfortunately i took it with my leadered Panzer, so i again lost a trigger. I really thought about a reload to get a leader for my recon car, but i did not reload a single time so far in this campaign and didn't want to break the streak. Got a last turn BV.

Current scenario: Reval

I wondered why some of my units are still so low on experience and found out that the campaign uses the automatic green replacements feature. Sorry, but i instantly lost a lot of motivation...
All the time i didn't pay much attention because i never would expect anyone using this feature, but when units are going backwards in experience, well... urgh... :angry

At HQ i bought a amphibious tank and a 4th bomber.

The fighting itself was not so hard. In the south my aux forces repelled the enemy attacks on my VHs and in the north i landed the majority of my forces west of Reval while my ships gave support fire and took care of the enemy fleet.
Then i landed my last two marines units east of Reval to capture the airport. My fleet had moved to the east too and met a large enemy fleet. Seems the enemy destroyers had gathered in the east or had they planned to shell my aux ground forces near the coast? The enemy ships did not attack my own ships though. The odds must have been to bad with my cruisers around ;)

I made BV in turn 8 of 9. BV would have been possible earlier, but i missed an VH because it was occupied by a large naval gun and i didn't recognize the VH it at first.

A trigger hex gave me a Nebelwerfer towed artillery.

Current scenario: Murmansk

I got a towed AT proto, which i sold. I sold the recon car too and bought a fighter instead. I feel planes are unlikely to loose many strength points in this campaign and thus will keep their experience. I also bought a Sapper unit, because i thought i could use it to build ports and airfields. But building facilities was set off in this scenario.

There was only very little fighting, but it took me 17 turns to move my units across the Sredny and Rybachy peninsulas to capture the distant VHs, which had already been cleared by my air force. After taking the nearby enemy VH/SH at the western tip of the Sredny peninsula, i was able to deploy my last 3 infantry units in enemy terrain.
Later i was even able to embark a infantry unit and sent it to a (undefended) SH, which turned out to be a trigger hex. Got a MG-AT proto. There were VHs on Sredny and Rybachy only so i didn't send a single unit to the central and southern parts of the map.

Still only 6 leaders after 10 scenarios. Made a last turn BV.

Taman is going to be harder.
But only a little bit ;)

Current scenario: Taman

It rarely happens that i get two protos in a row, but voilà! Got a light cruiser proto. I sold the builder infantry and purchased some attachments only.

This scenario was in some ways very similar to Murmansk. There was very little fighting and my airforce did most of it. Overall my core killed not more than 16 units. Only 5 of my ground units fired a shot. Deployment of ships was not possible.
Core units had to be deployed in the city of Kerch and to be embarked in one of the two adjacent ports. So only two units/turn were able to get embarked and cross the Kerch strait. I sent most of the ships to the northern shore of the Taman peninsula while only few units sailed to the southeast in order to capture Anapa and the other nearby VH. A combined fleet of romanian, italian and german destroyers and torpedo boats did a good job in the south but eventually most of them got sunk by enemy submarines.
In the later stages of the scenario i sent most of my planes to the southeast too and when i knew i would win, i didn't even make sure they would get back to an airport. It worked! :D I made BV in the 11th of 13 turns.
Finaly i got a new leader! On a fighter :banana

Current scenario: Corsica

At HQ i upgraded my oldest fighter and tweaked attachments.

Deployment of ships is not possible in this scenario. So it's again a job for my ground and air units. While my core units were embarking in the east and were sailing towards Corsica, my air force had already begun to bombard the island. When the ground forces reached the shores of Corsica, a good proportion of the job had already been done and only a little resistance was left. After some more turns the whole island was in my hands, with the exception of an hilltop VH in the east which turned out to be defended by a stack of 4 units. It was the first and last VH my core ground forces approached on this island and it took a while to capture this objective. Eventually this last VH fell into my hands in the 12th of 15 turns for a BV. Got 3 leaders on a fighter, a bomber and one of the MGs.

Current scenario: Dalmatia

At HQ i purchased some attachments only.

Dalmatia was the biggest challenge in this campaign so far. It was very hard and until the last turn i never knew if i would make it. Four core units start in the northwest while we have a SH in the southeast. There are several scattered VHs all over the map. Some we have to capture and some we have to defend. The enemy is comming down from the mountains and attacking the players VHs from various directions while at the same time i had to embark some of my own units to sail them to some little islands off the snow covered dalmatian coast.

In the north i embarked a aux unit to capture the nearby island while one of my core units was scheduled to capture the lonely western island. It nearly got sunk by an enemy submarine! Reduced to 5/10 strength points it needed the help of my fleet air arm to capture the island and its VH. Most of the enemies ships and submarines were sailing around in the north, but once i took possession of the islands they were not a threat to my units anymore.
Three core units embarked in the south to take the other 3 islands. The middle island took me the longest time to capture and it was the last VH i seized. It is important to avoid the enemy submarines and bring the naval transports safely to their objectives.

In the mountains the enemy launched some serious attacks and you never knew were and how many units will attack. Without my bombers i would not have made it. I had 4 turns of snow. So its this formula: The more bombers the better, the more snow...well not so good :lol
But with 4 turns of snow i was lucky and eventually everything worked out. I did not loose a single VH throughout the fight and at the end most of the enemies got destroyed and all VHs were in my hands just in time to get a last turn BV.

Current scenario: Copenhagen

Finaly we are back to the baltic sea and it's time to bring our fleet to whatever mission is waiting behind the horizon :D

Got a Fw 190 torpedo bomber proto, tweaked 2 attachments and bought another Sharnhorst Class battleship which i named Gneisenau, of course.

The turn limit is tight, only 5 turns to BV and you should not waste any time. I deployed my best units northeast of Copenhagen while my two battleships and 3 other units were deployed south of the danish capital. My first action was to launch all my planes, scout around and initiate a first wave of attacks. I tried to keep my ships and naval transports out of the enemie's sight. I sank few of the danish ships and the rest of them sailed with full speed to the east and gathered around one of my swedish VHs. Of course they could not capture it and i am not sure if this how the scenario was planned :huh?

Still, the tight turn limit turned the scenario into somewhat of a tricky challenge, but with most of the enemy fleet out of contention, i could concentrate on the danish land forces and BV was mine.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, that i restarted this scenario once. In my first attempt i was a bit confused and even attacked my own swedish VHs :lol

Current scenario: Leros

Upgraded my 5 marines into the '43 versions. Some attachment limbo like always :D

This is a tiny map! The core had to be deployed at a SH in the northeastern corner of the map and within one turn the units can reach the island of Leros after being embarked at the ports next to the SH. (Battleships and company have to stay at home again.)
Bombers and marines did the bulk of the work, like always. I tried to concentrate on the VHs and left the rest of the enemy units aside at first. Auxiliary Fallschirmjäger captured Leros City and aux Brandenburger captured Leros airfield. They did a good job and were able to hold both positions. I landed most of my units at the northern tip of Leros, just because it was close to my SH, but they all got stuck near the northern VH. The rest of my units sailed around the island and captured the two remaining VHs in the south. Its defenders had been weakened by my fleet air arm. Made a BV in turn 6 of 8.

You should focus on keeping your pp and upgrade your tanks to Tauchtigers as soon as they become available.
Otherwise, some of the later scenarios like Memel or Helsingborg will be very difficult.
I have a lot of prestige stored in attachments that i can make available when needed. I am indeed waiting for the Tauchtiger to appear on the scene, so i can upgrade my two old tanks. Got a Tauchtiger proto last night when i was playing Narva. 3 tanks feels already like a hugh tank army in this campaign. :lol

Current scenario: Narva

I was lucky and got the aforementioned Tauchtiger as proto and purchased a Super Stuka dive bomber. Later i got a N-Class light cruiser proto by trigger. Not what i need, but hey ;) It instantly got a leader after its first action. I am not so happy with two leaders being occupied by light cruisers now. Maybe i should sell them? We'll see. I think nobody will ever buy a light cruiser when heavy cruisers or battleships are available. I have 3 CLs already....

I deployed all my troops in the west. The tanks' naval transports move only 3 hex/turn, so i deployed them as close to the coast as possible. (One the picturei moved them already) But that meant that they have to travel the longest way from the far western map edge to the battle zone. It was too late when i realized that rail transports were available. That would have helped a lot. But i didn't notice the RTP at first and my units needed the first half of the scenario to travel east.

At the start of the scenario we have some aux forces east of the river and a strong soviet attack is about to be launched. I tried to orderly retreat to the western shore and save as many aux forces as possible. Then i was building a defence line. Meanwhile my core units were on there way to the battle zone as i wrote before. My ships had sunk the small enemy fleet and my fleet air arm was flying sortie after sortie. My bombers did the bulk of the fight. Again. All 6 of them gained more than 100 exp.

The tide was turning more and more and i was able to kill more and more soviet units (most of whom had been damaged by my air force). Then i launched a counterattack in order to recapture the only VH on the eastern shore. BV was possible in turn 10/12 but i played 2 more turns just for fun :D

There soviet tanks were indeed the hardest nuts to crack. We'll see how my army will handle them in the future... :D

Current scenario: Tornio

Just a little exercise in the morning :D
Upgraded my destroyers, a MG and a fighter. This was a very short scenario. The core starts at the sea just south off Tornio and i sailed northwards, destroyed the enemy navy which fielded small vessels only. There was just one VH i had to capture and 3 i had to defend. There were some aux units defending my own VHs. Two of my VHs were never under attack, just the airfield on the swedish side of the river (which is marking the border between Sweden and Finland) was under attack of few finish infantry units.
There was a bunch of enemy units around Tornio, but they were moving out (to attack my VHs?) and i could easily destroy or weaken them by naval and air bombardment. Then i landed my marines and they captured Tornio without problems in turn 5/7. My tanks were still at sea at that time.

Current scenario: Memel

Finaly the Tauchtigers became available and so i upgraded both of my old tanks into Tauchtiger. I had to sell some attachments though. It was also the time for the Influence leader to shine and do its job :D

There were some deployment hex in the river estuary, but most of the core started at the western map edge. I was short of just one deployment hex and one light cruiser had to stay at home.
I sent all ships and naval transports to the mouth of the river from where the ships provided naval fire support for the rest of the scenario. At least they tried to do so, but only the battleships were able to shell the enemy every turn due to their superior range.
My troops made landfall close to the city and i set up a defence line between the rivers. In the first turns i also tried to withdrew and save as many auxiliary units as possible. I also set up a defence circle around the airfield in the south. It was made of aux units only, but they did a great job and the airfield remaind in my hands all the time throughout the scenario.

When i had established my defence system, the scenario was pretty much done: Now try to cross that bridge! :D

I blew the bridge in the north and blew some adjacent hex and in consequence the enemy attack pretty much came to an halt and he was able to enter the blown bridge with one unit/turn only. In the south i was not able to blow the bridge, but the bridge was guarded by both of my core MGs and both of my core artilleries (Of whom one gained a leader :yes) and no enemy unit was able to cross it.
I had just one open flank in the east, but luckily only few units came from that direction.

So after i had set up my defence lines, the only question remaining was: How many attackers can i kill? Well, i killed all enemies that approached the city, only some soviet rearguards, which were out of reach, did survive. Maybe it would have been possible to move out earlier, but that was not the mission :D

At Memel you could have built a port and deployed the remaining units from there...
That did not come to my mind :doh It was just a light cruiser that i could not deploy. So not a game -changer :D

Current scenario: Kolberg

Got a Westfallen class battlecruiser proto. Actually it is Westfalen with one l, if you want to correct it. I also bought a 4th Tauchtiger and upgraded my marines.

Kolberg is another defensive scenario. I set up my units like you see in the picture below (end of 2nd turn. It was raining and i had sent my planes out on spotting sorties). From the 3rd turn on my ground units were pretty much frozen and didn't move much anymore for the rest of the scenario. Only my ships and planes were sweeping left and right and back and forth when needed ;)
All i had to do, was waiting for the soviet units to attack me...

Then i made a little unforced error. I thought it would be a good idea to attack the soviet ADs, which were guarding some guns, with my bombers. My Fi 167 got reduced to 4/10. No Problem would you think, but i already can tell you that this attack reduced the Fi 167's experience from 838 to 662 :yikes Just to illustrate the "automatic green replacements" feature. Of course 662 is still more than 5 bars, so... ;)

East of Kolberg there are 2 ocean hex (10;5) and (12;5), which are clearly visible as ocean, but are labeled CLEAR. You may want to check that.

Current scenario: Peenemunde

I bought some attachments only at HQ. Later i got a fighter jet by proto trigger.
I really liked the map and scenario setting :thumbsup but it was way to easy. After 5 turns everything was already set and done. I just had to drive a aux unit into the empty soviet VH in the south of the island, which took me 2 more turns to make BV in turn 7/12.
My bombers and ships did most of the work and my ground units sweeped up some kills but there was no serious fighting. Although it was the first time the soviets had a good fighter plane which damaged my own fighters too!

However, i must admit that i had to do my first reload in this campaign. Actually 4 reloads. In the second turn a soviet battleship appeared at the eastern map edge and sunk one of my core MGs in its naval transport by critical hit feature. In no way i could prepare for a spawning unit so close to my transports and it would not have been a problem to withdrew the damaged unit but every time it got sunk by critical hit.... I needed 4 reloads to "manage" this situation...

Current scenario: Helsingborg

Great scenario :thumbsup If only the AI.... we talk about it later :lol

I also wish the allied forces which are attacking fom the west would not have been that super strong, so a little fight with the auxiliary forces in Denmark would have been possible. At the moment the enemy is so strong, i didn't even bother to touch the aux forces because it makes no sense to fight anyway.

At HQ i sold a bunch of attachments, upgraded my three Fw 190 and purchased two fast torpedo boats, or fast attack craft. Later i got another fighter jet by trigger.

My units were deployed on the sea in the south, but some of them had to be deployed in Copenhagen. It took me 3 turns to embark them in the ports. One of the tanks even drove all along the danish coast up to Helsingør and took the ferry to Helsingborg ;)
Most of my ground units then made landfall between Landskrona and Helsingborg, few marines sailed a little bit more to the north, to Högenäs. Actually in the scenario all names were were missing :dunno You can export the names from the mapx-file to an txt and then import them into your scenario. Or did you delete the city names on purpose?

There are no VHs to capture. Just a lot of flags on the swedish side of the map. Of course i wanted to get the prestige and tried to capture as many flags as possible with my ground forces while my ships sailed northwards. Maybe i got half of the flags plus some triggers. So, my ships were heading to the far north and the only escape hex there. 10 units had to be withdrawn from the map by escape hex and i had enough ships and there was no need for naval transports to escape.

I send my planes out on recon sorties when i was comming closer to the escape hex. Well... of course the AI had gathered all of its fleet at the escape hex and i could easily kill them one by another. See the picture below which illustrates the AI behavior. Hell, even the embarked AI paratroopers were gathering over the escape hex!

Nevertheless, it is a great scenario with a nice story and setting. With a little more fighting in Denmark, the core ground forces in Sweden and the core fleet sailing northwards, the scenario paints a nice triptych of missions :D

Maybe you can add VHs at Helsingør and Helsingborg which only the AI has to capture? The danish VH will be lost for sure and the human player has to capture the swedish VH in time before he looses the other VH. I don't know how the AI ships would react. Would they gather at the VHs? Surely the soviet fleet will sail there. All that needs testing of course. Just an idea :huh?

Current scenario: Oslo

The scenario intro says the battle can't be won. Are you sure? :D It was a very good defence scenario with fearless enemies. But i won it! Here is the story:

Got a submarine proto and bought a 5th Tauchtiger at HQ. Tweaked attachments and bought 2 strength points for my leadered arty. The arty did a great job. In hindsight i should have upgraded my other arty and brought both to 15/10. But still, the one gun was a true game changer.
I positioned my units in the eastern part of Oslo, east of the river that is comming from the north. tanks in the first line, rest of units behind and in the gaps.

My 2 fast attack craft were mining the Oslofjord around Oscarsborg fortress (were Blücher got sunk back in the days). They both got lost, but no enemy ship was able to get near Oslo. My new submarine was guarding the narrows and later even sailed southwards.

The enemy air force was very strong and i had a hard time dealing with it. The lack of core AD units made it even harder for me and it took long to shoot down all enemy planes.

So the allied forces attacked my positions but the strong support fire of my aforementioned gun (the other one, a Nebelwerfer, does not give support fire) and the aux arty and the various fortifications was of great effectiveness. I damaged the approaching enemie units by aerial and naval bombardment and then overrun them with my tanks. Still it was very hard and a good fight and eventually i lost one core infantry but less and less attackers appeared and in the last 3 turns there was no more figthing at all.

This was a worthy end for this campaign :thumbsup I liked the scenario and together with Holland and Helsingborg it is in the top 3.
I tend to overlook things but from a efile point of view everything worked and i found no bugs. At least i noticed nothin' :howdy
